What is Sinamak?
Sinamak is the name for a Filipino type of spiced vinegar that is particularly popular in the Visayas region. It is made by infusing vinegar (often coconut vinegar or sugarcane vinegar) with a blend of spices and chili peppers, creating a tangy, spicy, and aromatic condiment.
Sukang Sinamak is ideal as a dipping sauce for grilled meats (like lechon, inihaw na baboy), fried dishes (e.g., lumpia, crispy pata), or even seafood
