It is too hard. It is not anything like the lengua de gato that we’re used to. What you can use this for: bookends, paperweights, sculpture, garden markers, plant base, flooring, placemat, bathroom decor, zen garden, doorstop… Pretty much everything except bite into it. Just don’t.
Their polvoron sucks too. Everything Aling Conching makes can go straight to the basura.
