BREWING TIPS

For a perfect cup, make sure that your brewing equipment is thoroughly clean, use fresh water, use the correct grind for your brewing method and use the right amount of ground coffee — two tablespoons per six-ounce cup.

COFFEE, THE BATANGAS WAY

Boil water in a pot. Add sugar and let mixture boil for a few seconds. Remove pot from heat. Add BATANGAS BREW. Stir and allow coffee to brew for five minutes before straining.
