Always check the label of the products you buy from “Filipino” stores in the United States and Canada.
Even if the logo is the same as the Magnolia in the Philippines… If it doesn’t say *San Miguel* on the packaging, it’s not the real Magnolia of the Philippines. It’s the OMGpeke version made by a USA company that pirated the brand and logo.
That goes for any Magnolia product in the United States — even meats like tapa and hotdogs. You must check the label.
And “Pampanga’s Best” as well. The same USA company is using the “Pampanga’s Best” name without licensing from the Philippines.
